On July 26, 2011, I did sound for Debbie Neigher’s show at Cafe Du Nord. This was a release show for the full-length record she recorded at Tiny Telephone.

Phono Del Sol Festival. On July 16, 2011, I did live sound for a music festival in San Francisco. This is a video of Mirah, one of the best performers of the day!

On June 17, 2011, I did FOH for a John Vanderslice show with the Magik*Magik Orchestra at Herbst Theater in SF. In addition to the tour duo of JV and Jason Slota, we had a 30-piece orchestra plus choir.

Recording/Mixing and Live Sound
I am a full-time Audio Engineer in the SF Bay Area.
I make records every day and I love what I do.
I have worked with Magnetic Fields, Pomplemoose, Samantha Crain, and dozens of other excellent bands.
In 2007, I completed my degree in Film & Digital Media from UC Santa Cruz, and moved to the Bay Area to work at Fantasy Studios and Magik*Magik Orchestra. In 2009, I was offered a full-time job at Tiny Telephone and have been engineering and producing records ever since.
I also love doing live sound. I have toured as Front-of-House and Tour Manager for John Vanderslice, and have done sound for many other rock bands and classical ensembles (including a 35-piece performance for M*MO).
I am very experienced with digital formats, and have extensive knowledge of Studer and Ampex analog tape machines. I have recorded noisy math-rock, classical chamber music, and everything in between. I have very wide-ranging tastes in music.
I mainly work out of Tiny Telephone in San Francisco.
